Welcome to Spark Your Leads. By accessing our website, platform, and CRM services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Overview & Registration
Spark Your Leads provides a cloud-based AI-Powered Lead Management and CRM system, featuring automated lead ingestion, priority allocation, smart chatbots, and virtual number dialers. To use our platform, you must register a business profile with accurate, current, and complete details (including Display Name, Contact Mobile, GST/PAN information, and Org Type).
2. Trial Usage & Limits
New business registrations qualify for a 3-month free trial period with a default limit of 300 monthly lead ingestions. Spark Your Leads reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that exceed default limits, engage in fair-use violations, or attempt to circumvent allocation quotas through duplicate profile creations.
3. Dialer & Communication Policy
Our integrated cloud dialer and virtual numbers are provided strictly for business lead follow-up. Users are prohibited from using dialer systems for spam, cold call operations without recipient consent, bulk telemarketing, or harassment. You must comply with all local telecom rules, DND (Do Not Disturb) registries, and privacy guidelines when making calls.
4. Lead Data & CRM Security
As a business administrator, you are solely responsible for securing your CRM credentials and managing access for agent sub-users. Spark Your Leads handles data transmission securely via API, but we accept no liability for data leakage or account compromises caused by user-side API key disclosure or weak credential management.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, source code, designs, algorithms, logo symbols, and software assets associated with the Spark Your Leads platform belong exclusively to Spark Technologies. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, redistribute, or monetize any portion of our platform without prior written authorization.
6. Termination & Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or block access to the CRM dashboard, registration portal, or virtual number configuration at any time if we detect fake credentials, non-payment (after trial expiration), telecom abuse, or illegal activity.
